Stacey Gergen Allaband~ Owner/ Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager

Stacey joined the MTM team over 15 years ago and has transitioned into her role as the Real Estate Broker of Record. She oversees the office staff, property managers, and the management of all of MTM’s properties. Stacey was born in Massachusetts and moved to San Diego in 1977 with her family to enjoy “America’s Finest City”. After living in Poway for 20 years, Stacey, her husband Dave, and their children reside in the Blossom Valley area of El Cajon. Stacey has volunteered as an advocate for San Diego foster children as well as in her children’s school through the PTA and School Council. She is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors and maintains ongoing training in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.


Dave Allaband~ Owner/ Real Estate Agent / Property Manager/ Sales

Dave is a licensed Real Estate Agent and specializes in rental real estate sales. He is the Lead Property Manager for over 300 homes that he and his wife Stacey manage for MTM in the East, Central, and Northern Counties of San Diego. Dave’s prior expertise in all aspects of construction and project management for the past 25+ years has proved to be an invaluable asset to MTM homeowners and tenants, ensuring that maintenance and repairs are handled properly. Dave was born in Colorado Springs and moved to Escondido with his family while in high school. Dave proudly served in the US Army. Dave is a member of the Rotary Club. He was also a volunteer firefighter with San Pasqual Valley where he served as Fire Captain for 11 years. Dave is a member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors and maintains ongoing training in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.


Christina “Cricket” Woodson ~ Office Manager/ Accounting Specialist/ Real Estate Agent/ Certified Transaction Coordinator

Cricket was born in Orange County and grew up in San Diego where she graduated from Mission Bay High School, then earned an Associate of Art Degree in Liberal Studies and Business Administration. Cricket has been with MTM since 2010 first as our receptionist and then transitioning into her role as Office Manager and Accounting Specialist, and earned her Real Estate License in early 2013. Cricket assists in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, assisting the owners, tenants, vendors, and property managers. Cricket is a Certified Transaction Coordinator and maintains ongoing training in Landlord/ Tenant Law and Fair Housing.


Nicolas “Nick” Bermudez~ Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager/ Sales

Nick was born and raised in San Diego. He grew up in Sherman Heights and graduated from Mission Bay High School. Nick received his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2004 and his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2011 and has worked in the customer service industry since 1996 with prior experience as a Realtor and Loan Officer. Nick is fluent in Spanish and is the lead property manager for MTM’s Southern San Diego County properties. He is a member of Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors and maintains ongoing training in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing and specializes in rental home sales.


Cody Allaband~ Real Estate Agent/ Property Manager/ Inspection Specialist

Cody grew up in Escondido California where he attended Orange Glen High School. Cody has had experience in the customer service industry since early on in his working career. Cody and his family live in Ramona. Cody also maintains ongoing courses in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.



Paula Ledesma~ Leasing Specialist/ Receptionist

Paula grew up in San Gabriel Valley where she attended St. Francis of Rome and Azusa High School. She has worked in customer service for more than 20 years. Before joining the MTM team, she was the assistant office manager for a Dish Network contracting company providing administrative assistance and dispatch support. Paula, her husband and three children relocated to San Diego 6 years ago. Paula specializes in handling the front desk and reception area, answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping walk-ins, and coordinating the application and leasing process. Paula is fluent in Spanish. Paula is currently taking classes in preparation for her Real Estate Salesperson exam and takes ongoing courses in Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing.


Marvin “Marve” Gergen~ Founding Owner/ Real Estate Broker/ Sales

Marve is a licensed Real Estate Broker and specializes in rental real estate sales
Born and raised in the Midwest, Marve served in the US Navy and upon returning to the United States, was employed in the Title Insurance industry for twelve years in major management positions. During that time Marve graduated from Fullerton College and Long Beach State University. Marve has been a Real Estate Broker since 1977 and has owned his own Real Estate office for several years. Marve is a member of the Pacific Southwest Real Estate Association. He and Mary have been married for over 45 years and are very active in their East County community.


Mary Gergen~ Founder Owner/Real Estate Agent/ Sales

Mary was born in the Midwest and moved with her family to San Diego in 1950. Mary graduated from high school here in San Diego and attended a local business training school. She was employed by several accounting firms over the years. Mary obtained her Real Estate License in 1977 and has been very active in Real Estate and Property Management since that time. Mary oversees the accounting activity for all of the office business. Mary also enjoys traveling and spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
